There is no infrastructure in rural UK to support anything bandwidth hungry. Government are funding the incumbent to put cabinets in urban areas and a few suburban ones, but what can Europe do to make sure connectivity is ubiquitous when telcos have such a powerful lobby to protect their obsolete copper assets?
