We still need a true digital single market - services like Netflix and Apple's iTunes are still unavailable in Member States in Eastern Europe because of the licensing deals they have to make for every single country. European law is hurting the customers right now..

There is no rush. It will be years before the people get connected. Most won't bother becoming digital because it is just too difficult and expensive. Good to have a strategy and a goal though. Keep at it, eventually the future will come. When the people take the matter into their own hands and build their own networks.
