I don't believe in competition as much as you I don't think. Look at the 'extortionate roaming tarrifs'. They've only come down because the EU has been 'disruptive' to the carries and forced them to lower their prices. Competition did not do that, regulation did. Competition is the carrot, regulation is the stick, often, both are required,
