Who has what data relating to me, why do they have it, from where and when did they get it, and how do they intend to use it and have access to it. These are the questions that must be answered before a citizen is in control of data relating to them. Only when a citizen is in control can they manage their Fundamental rights such as privacy, expression, etc etc.
Legislating citizen' control of data relating to them, especially data relating to them held by business and NGO's MUST become a priority Commissioner Kroes, please!
