Why do they cling to old institutions and systems, instead of working for better care at a lower price? Why are Finance Ministries sitting by while they incur this huge opportunity cost? The results are there, the facts speak for themselves.

Better quality of life also includes having people motivated to contribute to society, sharing their knowledge, doing voluntary work or having jobs adapted to their needs. Ageing people have a lot to contribute because of their experience. We should also consider how to have them contribute to motivate them.
