In many ways the best way to help the creative sector is to provide digital infrastructure: the networks and frameworks that support a digital society. Provide that infrastructure, and amazing innovation will follow. For this sector just as in others.

Agree totally. Until the access is ubiquitous and easy, nothing much will change. We need fit for purpose infrastructure for everyone, and to stop the mindset that copper can provide it. It can't. We also need to remember that people in rural areas are just as important as those in the cities.
