We certainly must stimulate investment in faster broadband, but not the way it seems to be happening in many countries, ie money is going into making it faster for those who already have it by using obsolete cabinets instead of building proper fibre to homes they just use cabinets in densely populated areas, totally ignoring all the people on very poor connections. This is a waste of taxpayer's money.
