But by greater engagement, I think we can deliver the benefits of the Internet to the widest range of people: open, free, unified, multi-stakeholder, pro-democracy, architecturally sound, trustworthy and transparent.
So, an ''european'' vision of the Internet exist... and this is quite the opposite you affirm about fragmentation of Internet that is turning it in a sort of Intranet.
