Christian Van Thillo's Forum on Media Futures gathered many disparate voices: they agreed on the digital opportunities for the media sector. Most of all they offered a wake-up call to policy makers and the sector: to urgently reform, and put consumers at the centre. They committed to explain and champion those ideas to others: and I know they are still hard at work.
