Bit difficult to comment in line because the passionate speech that Neelie delivered is a very different text than what has been posted here. But her point about taking initiative to be digital leaders has been heard by a group at the High-Tech Campus in Eindhoven the Netherlands. They have taken the learnings from the digital app communities and launched what they term "the best high-tech accelerator in the world". Focussed on empowering those building hardware as well as software solutions in 8 key areas of High-Tech, HighTechXL has launched a world-wide search for the best teams on the planet.
