A 'social' IT - Architecture for smart cities is smart ;-)) Unfortunately is FI-Ware itself not smart enough (See next comment) Money won't help, when the architecture is not 'socially logical...'

The FI-ware, logic and architecture won't work for me, as it is an outdated, inflexible architecture (based on internal corporate architecture) THAT won't bring the smart, creative innovation space and freeness, you want ... unfortunately !!
