As a “new frontier” we must explore Big Data considering new possibilities. It seems that “anonymisation” will be the word. But from my point of view “pattern” must be the main question. The Data Protection Right and legislation regarding must be focused on the use of patterns in front of behavioural analysis.

We must be capable of provide companies the best environment to draw on Big Data tools, to provide us new opportunities and services and to promote research and innovations. We need to establish basic principles to act. We need some kind of previous legal checklist that guarantees a proportional balancing test between privacy and economy.
