Please, Commissioner Kroes, in the way you think is the best and most effective, please, tell this to all the Member States and all the Regional politicians that have in charge the digital empowerment of our territories. Without broadband networks and connections there's no growth for Europe, Italy, Sardinia, etc. for any country neither region or city. Every public policy, in health, energy, transport, education, employment, etc. must take into account the digital aspect as a must-have!
