Farming in EU ( and the World ) can get a lot of help from drones with infrared cameras to check on soil and crops health and with sensors with chemical analyzers, to see if pests or other problems are present . EU must be part of the solution w/ software,hardware, sensors,streaming ( from smartphones, tablets, etc.) , 4k, CPU's , etc., Open source and Linux are key to cut costs and expand apps and exports. 3D printing and Robotics are part of hardware.Local factories are vital. Clean Energy a must.
